EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT
The following is an Employment Agreement, between Mr. Arena Anthony
(Employer) and (Employee as an Independent Contractor). 1. For good consideration, the Employer employs the Employee on the following terms and conditions.
2. Term of Employment: Subject to the provisions for termination set forth below, this agreement will begin almost immediately and continue until unless sooner terminated. 3. Salary: The Employer shall pay Employee a salary of $600 per week, for the services of the Employee, payable at regular payroll periods. 4. Duties and Position: The Employer hires the Employee in the capacity of Administrative and Personal Assistant. The Employee’s duties may be reasonably modified at the Employer’s discretion.
5. Employee to Devote Some Time to primary Employer: The Employee will devote some time, attention, and energies to the business of the Employer. The Employee is allowed to engage in secondary, part-time employment, if that secondary employment does not interfere with the business activity, efficiency, or quality of work for the primary Employer.
6. Reimbursement: The Employer may also present excess funds prior to some expenditures, in which case, the Employee shall document and present an itemized account of expenditures and return any unused funds to the Employer. 7. Vacation: The Employee is allowed to travel or go on tour if he/she checks his/her emails regularly.
8. Termination of Agreement: With reasonable cause, the Employer may terminate this agreement at any time upon 12 days written notice to the Employee. If the Employer requests, the Employee will continue to perform his/her duties and may be paid his/her regular salary up to the date of termination. The Employee may terminate employment upon 12 days written notice to the Employer. Employee may be required to perform his or her duties and will be paid the regular salary to date of termination but shall not receive severance allowance.
9. Settlement by Arbitration: Any claim or controversy that arises out of or relates to this agreement, or the breach of it, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the United States Arbitration Association. Judgment upon the award rendered may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
