I also send and receive all PCAO mail to be sent out to the 12 Districts or to clients, in my position I also must input time sheets for my unit as well as LIHEAP Timecards for workers to get a timely paycheck. To take notes and messages for Support Services Manager. (Mr. Jones, Manager of MSS unit). As the Purchasing Agent, I must put in orders according to the guidelines of the confidential Purchasing card process and make sure payment for materials and services are procured in accordance with the commonwealth’s procurement policies, verify and keep track of bank statements, and reconcile all purchase.
