Responsible for recruiting Software Developer I and II’s for the Events team. We worked in many spaces of Microsoft Brands such as Azure, Office 365, Gaming and others. We hired Front-end, Back-end and Full Stack developers. The positions required skillsets in Java, C#, C++, Azure, Cloud and many other skillsets to vast to list. I became very proficient with Microsoft products such as OneNote, PowerApps and Microsoft Insights. We sourced through LinkedIn Recruiter as well as ICIMS. Microsoft also gave us an incredible library of training material as well as world class live trainings. I averaged 10-14 interviews per month with a very impressive hiring average to interviews. Unfortunately, the contract was cut short for reprioritization of hiring within Microsoft Brands. The shortened contract affected all recruitment agencies that partnered with Microsoft.

Recruited Software Developers I, II’s and SDE Managers. I recruited for different departments within Amazon. Amazon is a very Metrics driven company. I exceeded all of Amazon’s Metric expectations. We were responsible for 3-4 SDE offers a month. Sourcing was a very large part of the position. The position required us to be very adaptable and able to adjust to Amazon’s always changing environment and prioritizations. I worked very closely with Hiring Managers from the initial reach out to acceptance of an offer. Amazon is also customer obsessed and we were required to provide the best experience possible to our candidates.We utilized ICIMS, LinkedIn Recruiter as well as Beamery and Hiretual.

We were one of 12 approved companies to restore and fix the exterior Dryvit for the Dryvit class-action law suit.
