Led a team of 30 plus associates. I managed trucks coming in and going out. My team unloaded product and reloaded onto several local destinations, in a timely manner. We also had to load product that came into our building from various departments. I had to monitor the freight as well as making sure trucks were sent out according to scheduled departure. I opened and closed doors, assisted my team in loading and trained the new managers that were going to transfer this department to a new building (LUK5).

Process Assistant for Inbound Ground
Led and manage a team of 40 plus Associates. They unload freight off the trucks that would in turn get loaded onto the planes. We have a variety of methods we use to make sure our freight gets to where it needs to go in a timely matter (Fluid unloading, induction and shuttle shakers that can handle 500 pieces in a shuttle.
I make sure break times are covered, make sure there are no packages left behind at the end of the day as well as daily PA duties.
I also oversee our non–conveyable department when my department is finished.
