Responsible for all AlteraMed Group clients Revenue Cycle functions including AR processes, accurate and timely coding and charge entry processes, training needs ad day-to day operational guidance, direction and support. I reported directly to the Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management Services.
Revenue Cycle assessments and monitoring of Revenue Cycle performance. Identify performance deficiencies, develop improvement plans, implement plans and establish performance enhancement monitoring tools. Provide findings, recommendations and performance improvements to Vice President, President, clinical managerial support and client physicians.
