1. Call Control Home hardware product and its Firmware, CallControlHome Android and iOS applications, phone calls blocking application for iOS: The primary purpose of the mobile apps and the hardware box is to protect users against robocalls and telemarketers. The entire project team size was 20 people divided into squads of 4-5 engineers. I was a member of one of the squads. Responsibilities included the Black box, Usability, Functional, Exploratory, and Regression testing. I maintained the test plan and wrote test cases. I participated in in-app purchases testing (various types of subscriptions and products). Helped support team process incoming customer feedback and created issues for developers in bug tracking systems.

2. Ultimate Medical Academy CRM System based on MS Dynamics 365: The business software tracked students' education progress, registered incoming requests for entry-level medical personnel, helped to organize interview training, performed matchmaking of candidates with open positions, hiring conversions, and had many more features. I worked in a Scrum team of 8 to 13 engineers with 3 QA Analysts. I was responsible for requirements analysis, test suites, and test case creation and execution. I actively collaborated with software developers and business analysts to clarify workflow and expected behavior. We used Azure DevOps and did BlackBox, Functional, and Regression testing. 3. Amazon FreeTime SmartTV project: An app by Amazon for their Fire TV Stick device, intended to implement parent control over how kids interact with TV. I created test cases and performed UX, Usability, and Exploratory testing. 4. Fluent Express: A web system for translation proofreading. I wrote test cases and performed Usability, Functional, and Exploratory tests.

5. LingoCard: A mobile app for foreign language learning. I tested the project's Android version using real devices and emulators.
