• PMA (Panama Maritime Authority) Segumar-Miami Technical Officer, working as Technical Evaluator of Seafarers Documentation Titling and Flag Inspector (ASI). Working as technical certification in ships and compliance with the different international and national agreements.
§ In charge of Segumar-Miami Regional as Marine Technical Officer for the certification and evaluation of competence licenses of the personnel on board the vessels of our Panama registry from August 2019 to the present.
§ In addition, he had worked for Segumar-Miami Regional as Seafarers Regional Chief Technical Officer in Charge for a period of one month
(from April 16, 2019 to May 17, 2019).
§ Likewise, working in Segumar-Miami Regional as Inspector of the Flag State to verify the proper functioning and compliance with the different national and international agreements of our Panamanian vessels in international waters.

• TRADER TANKER Company, 2nd Assistant Engineer (performing fuel transfer, various duties, and surveillance). Engine type: 10- cylinder, opposed piston, 543 KWatts.

• PEDREGAL POWER STATION COMPANY (Thermoelectric Power) assistant to the mechanical engineer (performing maintenance checks on all generator motors). Engine type: 18V cylinder, four stroke, 17.5 MWatts. It is turbocharged. I do 36,000 hours of maintenance.
