A total of 25 years of experience in the construction business working on large scale projects like residential and commercial office buildings, airports (Dubai International Airport), hotels, malls, landscaping, external lighting, water features. Throughout my career course, I have gained a broad and versatile knowledge in the Engineering, execution and consultancy of MEP works by assuming various engineering, consultancy, and management roles. I have progressed from Site to project to Senior Engineer / PM and have held MEP Senior positions while operating in UAE and India.

MAIN TASKS

Review the technical material submittals & Shop Drawings

Review of the various Equipment & Systems Operation & Maintenance Manual Submittals and the Spare Parts Lists required for the projects during the Defect Liability Periods

Review of the prequalification(s) of the Main Contractor’s / Subcontractor’s submittals.

Reply to Contractor’s Requests for Information – RFIs.

Provide technical solutions lead to resolving technical issues raised by the Main Contractor & Subcontractors.

Attend coordination and technical/interface meetings.

Respond to Contractor’s correspondences.

Attend Progress meetings to monitor Contractors progress on site to ensure compliance and consistency with the project work execution program.

Attending Equipment Factory Acceptance Tests.

Handle Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), Surveillance Report and Corrective & Preventive Action Report.

Review general contractor’s applications for payments.

Arrange/ attend meetings with Authorities for approval of Shop Drawings, Power supply connection to the projects & activation by Authorities.

Testing & Commissioning of the Projects.

Provide information in a timely manner required to meet the project KPI’s.
