As Shift Manager my duties were to ensure the sta was present and compliant with the company's policies. I managed the employees to ensure they maintained safety and food quality standards. I handled any customer complaints, with the focus being on making sure the customer's issue was handled and they were satisfied with the outcome and pleased with their visit to our establishment. I also coordinated weekly schedules, recorded weekly payroll data, managed inventory and placed orders while maintaining budget goals.

Order Fulfillment Specialist, I.J. Foods. Chattanooga, Tennessee Oct. 1988 – Dec. 2002

My daily duties included reviewing customer orders, pulling stock for the orders and loading the delivery trucks based on the driver's route. I also unloaded trucks and stocked the dry and cold storage areas. My job was production based and I always exceeded my weekly production goals. Additional duties and skills for this job included driving the forklift and using the pallet jack. The company closed their Chattanooga facilities in 2002.
