Greetings Ms. Brown,

This letter concerns Loruhamah Murphy 12/29/1974. Ms. Murphy has been experiencing hard times this past year. I am her Qualified Mental Health Specialist (QMHS), Jean-Marie Redrick from Signature Health since 3/2018. Shortly after I started working with her, she lost her business. My position is to ensure that client needs are met when and if possible.

This past 2 years, I have taken Ms. Murphy to; food banks 2x monthly, apply for school clothing for her 13 year old daughter, as well as ensure transportation to her mother’s home who is ill. Ms. Murphy’s rent has rose to $800.00 within the past 2 years, and she is on a fixed income. With all this hardship, it has caused her stress and added problems with her PTSD. Covid-19 has caused additional stress and hardship.

Currently Ms. Murphy does not have money at the end of the first week of the month. I am writing you to see if there is any possible financial help for her, and her daughter.
