Title : Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor Based Inverter

Description :

This project will present the design, construction, development, control and evaluation of an metal

oxide semiconductor field effect transistor based inverter with battery. The MOSFET based inverter

system presented in this project are required to fulfill the requirement of technologies tomorrow will

be more advanced than today. The Our inverter is based on power MOSFET. It is one kind of electronics

generator DC pure input to it is 12vol battery. It gives square wave output. It can bear load of 250 watt

with efficiency of 90%.. This electric systems are contains combination of MOSFET and battery. Finally,

this system performance will be evaluated by comparing performance data to the theoretical. A

transistor has two-pn junction. One junction is forward biased and other is reverse biased. The forward

biased junction has a low path. The weak signal is introduced in the low resistance circuit and transfers a

signal from a low resistance to high resistance.
