I graduated from Moody Bible Institute with a Bachelor's in Biblical Studies and a minor in Biblical

Languages. Being a full-time student and working part-time has taught me to be an independent worker

and a team player. It has allowed me to be flexible in different kinds of situations. Working with other

people, I would say, is one of my greatest strengths.

As a tech my primary role was to give the patient the right medication. This consisted of different

secondary steps that had to be done before handling the patient the right medication. First step was to

get the right medication by checking the right ID number on the bottle, then scan it out of the system in

order to then bottle it. Lastly one had to scan the medication out of the system by selling it to the

patient.

As a scribe, I recorded the patient's and doctor's interactions in SOAP format by observing and listening

to every procedure in the exam room and documented it into a scribe EMR.

I was in charge of tracking down the correct type of blood, plasma, and platelets in this position. Once

tracked, the unit had to be packed appropriately at the right temperature and delivered to hospitals.

A typical day as a caregiver mainly involved taking care of residents This meant providing them with their

hygiene, feeding them, and assisting them in their medication. Physical activities were performed, such

as physical therapy, community walks, and city events. At the end of the day, all activity was documented

in the computer program Epic.
