2003 to Present – Lakeland Industries, Inc. – Software Quality Assurance Administrator

Duties are as follows: Maintained the ERP Software of the company by either updating existing programs or creating new programs. Also tested the changes to the system made by the other programmers in the company. Made sure that programmers followed the Software change guidelines that our company used. Maintained the database of the changes to the programs that were made in the system. Also created and maintained user guides for the programs in our system. Also was involved in the maintaining of EDI as part of the ERP system and handling the transactions that are created thru EDI. Also had a knowledge in the network goings on in the rest of the company, such as unlocking network accounts and changing network passwords. Also became knowledgeable in the engineering aspects of the company by learning the creation, costing and analysis of parts that are sold by our company.

2006 to Present – H & R Block. (Seasonal) – Tax Professional

Duties are as follows: Prepare tax returns for clients using the latest H&R Block Tax Software. Helped clients understand all aspects of their tax return and gave them the assurance of an accurate and precise tax return. Dealt with clients questions about their tax return in a friendly and professional attitude. Provided clients with financial and tax advice for their present and future tax situations and needs.

1996 To 2003 - bd Systems – MSES-07

Duties were as follows: Developed and implemented a database using EXCEL and Visual Basic programming techniques. Visual Basic was used in the design of an user interface in which the user specified which Solid Rocket Booster (SRB) component was needed and the program went into an EXCEL spreadsheet to find the information needed. This database system is being used as an electronic form of SRB component loads data that is easily accessible. Developed several FORTRAN and C/C++ codes that read large amounts of data, sort and analyze the data, and write the data in various ASCII and binary formats. Utilized the Printed Circuit Board Reliability and Assessment Code (PRAC) to analyze the structural integrity of circuit boards of various SRB components. Wrote several MATLAB script files to automate the processing and plotting of large amounts of data. Used EXCEL spreadsheets and plots to analyze and plot various data information for analysis reports and memorandums. Also created several help files using an HTML editor that were used in several software packages that were created for specific uses within the company. Also became knowledgeable in the Accounting side of the company by creating several EXCEL spreadsheets and WORD documents to analyze time and labor costs of the company.

1994 to 1996 - Advanced R&D (USBI) Contract. – Associate Computer Graphics Operator.

Duties were as follows: Created EXCEL spreadsheets and plots for use in detailed analyses of SRB liftoff and reentry vibroacoustic environments. Created plots using Cricket Graph for use in presentations involving SRB component analyses and simulations. Provided test support for vibration testing of SRB components.
