OFFICE DUTIES:

I maintained inventory levels, accounting records and processed orders via MS Word & Excel. I was responsible for taking orders from customers and ensuring the warehouse, shipping department were aware of new orders and the required delivery date of when the customer needed the product in house. I did inventory, when the warehouse was low on material, or anything, I would assure to order, replace and stock that item.

I done Excel spreadsheets for customers (GE, MEXICO, PUERTO RICO, ETC.), showing back ordered items and new price lists, I also tracked orders for the customer.

I also done all the invoicing, billing, and made sure their bill was paid in a timely manner.

I done payroll for the other workers that worked for Indiana Safety. I did the mailing, end of year reports, etc.

WAREHOUSE DUTIES:

I loaded and unloaded Semi's, UPS, etc. I did deliveries, shipping and receiving. Ran the forklift when needed. I also did inventory weekly and yearly. I ran the UPS machine (weighed shipments).

CUSTOMER SERVICE DUTIES:

I communicated with the customers via telephone, e-mail, fax, walk-in's, and the website. Our customers were located all over the United States, and more. I was Always courteous, friendly and always had a smile for anybody, face-to-face or over the phone. I provided status on outgoing shipments when customers contacted the company. I was Always nice to my co-workers as well.
