Project name: Insurance Business Services (IBS).
Tool used: OpEx suite
The Nature of this project is to deal with the activities regarding Commissions and Department of Social Services (DSS), where we will receive the request from the customer in order to proceed further on behalf of the client. Also need to provide justification for both (client & customer) by following regular SOP’s (Standard Operation Procedure) and making own decisions subsequently as to comfort the client. Providing various solutions for the clients by analyzing the requests received.
