PROJECT EXPERIENCE

AWS WAF Configuration, University Of Central Florida

Created an S3 (Simple Storage Server) and uploaded files to the bucket.

Constructed a distribution domain for the bucket using cloud front services.

Configured conditions to only allow desired ec2 server to access the files inside the bucket.

Verified everything by RDPing into the ec2 server and accessing the domain address.

Configure DHCPv4 on a Cisco Router (Cisco Packet Tracer)

Created and configured numerous network pools.

Set DHCP on all PCs and verified IP allocation by checking their IP Configurations using CMD.

Finally set up a DHCP relay through the CMD to forward requests from the different pcs.

Network Traffic analyzing

Monitored network traffic while browsing the web using Wireshark.

Investigated pcap file to examine protocols used between different suspicious IPs.

Used Wireshark’s filtering tools to hone in on the given evidence.

ThreatLocker, Junior Tech – Orlando, FL August 2021 – November 2021

Provide helpdesk support to Threat locker end point users, diagnosing and helping them resolve any issues they were facing. Also escalating questions/problems to the appropriate teams in the company. Documenting problems that were not fully resolved in that instant and getting back to customers when the solution was found. All while building relationships and providing great customer services.

Making sure over 600 applications are up to date daily. Ensuring all information is captured and applied to software. Also recreating any issues customers have come across to find the solution and add to ThreatLockers Software.

Conducted many other tasks such as helping to set up servers. Organizing tickets in a hierarchy of importance to assure they were handled accordingly. Also set up workstation for new hires guaranteeing a smooth on boarding process.
