Coordinate transportation moves between a bakery production schedule, distribution and warehousing then to final delivery

destination for the bakery products. Dispatch and plan driver’s to match hours of service availability with delivery routes

designated by the customer. Upkeep driver qualification files, and DOT regulation enforcement. Provide commication to

customer by tracing and tracking of all inbound and outbound product loads.

Operations: Owner / Operator 1988- 2014

Owned and operated “B.E.E. Line Trucking” in Lenexa, KS provided transportation in specialized logistics with blanket wrap

service for manufacturing and entertainment companies. Delivered finished production line items and electronic amusement

equipment to facilities in 49 states and Canada for entertainment and manufacturing companies.

Organizational Responsibilities and Contributions:

Started with one semi truck and grew it to a small fleet of 17 trucks on the road. This was accomplished by collaborating with

manufacturers and entertainment coordinators and developing policies and procedures that lowered cost and maintained

high levels of stringent “on time” deliveries and service to the customer.

Managed the hiring and training of employee’s, to match customers required performance. Oversaw HR functions, Directed all

aspects of fleet management, maintenance, safety, and driver qualification with FMCSA, DOT and HOS compliance.

Daily dispatched and driver planning, scheduling, afby budgetary standards of the company.

Noteworthy achievement and awards include “Independent Motor Carrier of the year” from “Suddath United Van Lines” 7 years

in a row. Awarded “Most Trustworthy” motor carrier for on time deliveries and a 99% performance rating over a 10

year period with the Chuck E Cheese corporations in Irvine, TX. Successfully reduced the cost of delivery and

improved freight capacity for manufacturers like “Parkerhouse”, “Surewood Oak” out of Southern California.

In addition, organized transportation for the medical supplies, food, and clothing to Indian reservations in South Dakota,

Oklahoma and New Mexico for the “Sister of St. Francis of the Holy Eucharist” in Independence, MO.
