• Serves as wing chaplain and manages religious operations for the largest training mission in USAF at Lackland AFB, San Antonio, TX. Directs religious operations for 56,000 trainees/students with direct oversight of 3 branches.
• Oversees a 23-member team and directs the largest Air Force Chaplain Corps program. Develops and implements religious programs; responsible for 33 weekly multi-faith worship services and Religious Education programs with an attendance of 25,000 per year. Advises commanders concerning religious, spiritual and moral issues.
• Demonstrates effective leadership to 502d Air Base Wing, including developing and administering annual budget, mentoring staff, communicating mission goals and reaching objectives. Strategic thinker with big program ideas resulting in mission success.
• Trains and develops Religious Support Teams to provide religious and moral support for home station mission and in deployed environment. Executes
$422K CTOF/APF budget to support 100K trainees/students. Supervises Department of Air Force largest Airmen in Training volunteer program.
• Deployed to Prince Sultan, Saudi Arabia as wing chaplain; led a team of 6 delivering 1.2K hours of spiritual care, 74 counseling sessions, 137 services and 88 religious education classes.
