My career has been working from one new construction project to another, as you will notice a lot of job changes. That is the nature of this type of employment where you for high income and a daily per diem pay travel from project to project to start up a crew, align work or work as fitter and welder until completion. Upon completion through the network of welding contractors, I would usually have another job to go to when the last project was completed.

Today I am looking to change my life style from doing high paying temporary project contract jobs with a lot of travel and living out of a hotel room to a job where I can establish permanent residency so I am not traveling as much, acquire health benefits and can start building up a 401K retirement plan with a promising company.
