Shop for customers at grocery stores and/or department stores. Pick up shopping order through Shipt phone app., drive to store location. Let customer know of arrival. Shop for items on app., keep customer informed of out of stock items and offer substitutes via text. Keep customer updated on shopping progress when nearing the end of shop and ask if there is anything else needed before heading to checkout. Use barcode on app. to either make as pre-paid or payment with Shipt card. Bag groceries, load vehicle, and let customer know that delivery is on the way. Use GPS on Shipt app. for location of delivery. Inform customer of arrival and place items in designated area. Inform customer that all items have been put out and thank them for their business. Mark order as delivered and choose another order to shop and deliver for on app.

Drive to lot with Amazon vehicles. Check in with supervisor and get vehicle assignment, keys and phone. Drive to work vehicle on lot and do a vehicle check. Check lights, fluids, tires and any visible damages to vehicle. Note mileage. Start up Amazon Flex app. on work phone and enter barcode for vehicle, mileage and vehicle check information. Line up with other vehicles and drive to warehouse lot as prompted. Use app. to locate bins and large loose boxes in warehouse. Bring u-boat with items to vehicle, scan in barcodes of all bins and boxes to set delivery system on app., mark as "ready to deliver" and use app. GPS to start delivering. Take packages to designated locations, take photo of drop off, mark as delivered. Repeat till all packages have been delivered.Check in with dispatch to find out if any drivers need a rescue
(behind on deliveries), if not head to gas station and fill vehicle with gas. Drive to warehouse, check in with Amazon, return bins, then return vehicle to lot. Note milage on app. Drive back to warehouse to return keys, phone and clock out. Log off app.
