My most recent job title was plastic component operator/trainer; basically a production line worker. I have held various operator positions over the years and am aware of the importance of great communication and making sure that the work I put out is quality. I also possess leadership skills that have made me a great trainer. I enjoy teaching /helping peaple. I don't mind working solo, or with other people as long as I have a say in whatever is put out with my name attached to it. So I am excited about the opportunity to help others. This opportunity would be a great move for me because it's more in alignment with my talent/ interests than where I’ve been feeling stuck. I was recently informed by my supervisor that there isn't much room for promotion in the position I’m in so I’m ready for a change.
