Responsible for ensuring Kaiser Permanente digital products meet the highest level of quality.

MedicareNet (medicare.kaiserpermanente.org) is a consumer-facing website that

provides Kaiser Permanente plan and rate information, KP’s value messaging,

and access to begin the enrollment process.

-Working on an agile/scrum environment and creating test cases using user

stories, executing test cases as an UAT perspective, documenting and

tracking defects.

-Testing on both functionality and content in the entire development stack

including Dev, HQA, Preview, and Production environments. QA

documentation tools include Rally, Quality Center ATL (HP Application

Lifecycle Management) and Jira, version control system such as Sharepoint.

-Testing on both functionality and content for English and Spanish version on Adobe Experience Manager(AEM) (To align with the transition of kp.org

digital properties from WebSphere Portal to AEM)

BCssP (Business Customer Self Service Platform) is a customer-facing website used

by both business customers and brokers for membership administration,

quoting, enrolling, and other transactional functions.

-Working with product managers, scrum master, and FED to determine testing needs.

-Working on an agile/scrum environment and creating test cases using user

stories, executing test cases, documenting and tracking defects.

-Testing on Adobe Experience Manager(AEM) for a secure and non-secure

content (To align with the transition of kp.org digital properties from WebSphere

Portal to AEM)

KP.org (www.kaiserpermanent.org) is the main consumer-facing website for

Kaiser Permanente serving both prospective members with KP’s value

messaging, plan information, and access to enrollment tool and also serving

members with electronic medical record functions such as Email doctor, view test

results, make appointment, and refill prescription.

-Attend ongoing release management meeting, including defect management

meetings, and defect resolution bridge calls.

-Handling multiple projects which are different stages of development with

little supervision.

-Testing KP.org web(including Adobe experience manager(AEM)), mobile

web and mobile applications both on IOS and Android

Touch device : The device includes NFC antenna and does not require any power. When customers tag their smartphone to the device, it lightens up to indicate a successful tagging action
