Architectural Designer Assistant 01/2020 to 06/2020 INTERNSHIP Nissen Richards, London

.Provided effective and efficient design to aid progression in line with a museum project in Greenwich South East of London. Working along with the graphic design team as well as a storyteller to establish a visual and narrative connection. The task consisted in bringing back the event that took place a century ago to a modern and quite adapted version through the concept drawings. Came up with some creative ideas for the proposition, my task involved developing a reproduction of the past occurrences at the exhibition to immerse the visitors into the original story. The experience in the Multidisciplinary practice left me with the importance of architecture engaging with other disciplines to yield an elaborate design. This experience gave me a clear system of thinking, working and communicating, systems that are fully integrated into the overall design process.

Summary

Acquiring a degree in architecture has enhanced my ability to learn new skills and perform under time constraints which means organising my workload to consistently meet deadlines.

Problem-solving and the ability to make sensible decisions in a dynamic environment had been challenged while in a work placement at Nissen Richards Studio a Multidisciplinary practice.
