Project is a 6,000 SQF Nursing Home Renovation of New Addition Space. The building is existing Nursing Home with 6,000 sq ft New Addition with Renovation of existing office space.

Worked with MEP Project Manager and split all MEP PM tasks, including financials, drawing review, and trade management.

Managed the Construction permitting, and BOA portion of the project 600 Residential Building / 6 Structures each 100 units : $30M Project included (2) two 21, (2) two 18 story and (2) two 15 story structures on Revere Beach Supervised the work list/punch list portion of the project, as well as document control on the project. Worked closely with the field staff to ensure that all items were completed as scheduled for project completion.
