-Knowledge of various company software including Oracle, Jaegger, Tableau, Business Objectives-BO and Banner 9.
-Efficient in preparing check requests, requisitions and PO’s for payment and/or reconciliation purposes. Maintain and mange a twenty-three-thousand-dollar budget for the Chair of History, tenured faculty and adjunct professors within the department. My administrative background allowed me to be proficient in scheduling and reserving rooms/classrooms for faculty, staff and students for events, meetings and lunch
& learns. I attained a Master Scheduler certification while employed at Emory Healthcare.
-Keeping record of faculty travel expenses, various ad-hoc spreadsheets and other written financial reports for departmental and campus wide activities and events.
-Also, compile American Express data to forecast international scholar travel, perform monthly general ledgers to keep record of past FupLoad entries and predict future performances of the organization budget direction.
