• Led entire QA processes on B2C healthy food E-commerce system having web, mobile web, and app. Deep dived into and clarified requirements from stakeholders, and designed test cases for complex workflows because of the various policies and time series features.

• Applied automation testing process using Selenium. Reduced time for QA on weekly basis deployments by automated regression testing for the core workflow on web pages such as login, purchase, and refund.

• Performed API testing using Postman and created its test cases for verifying user inputs and notification workflows driven by them on survey web pages.

• Reviewed mobile OS and browser release notes to prevent potential bugs. Raised issue about using IMEI on Android 10, and navigated developers to use another UUID before official release of the OS version. KaonSoft, Software Test Engineer: QA Part Aug 2016 - Apr 2020

• Specialized for B2B software testing by interactively communicating with clients and achieved deep understanding of products on various domains.
