Projects Handled:

Project #1:

Erection& Commissioning of the Project ”PRIMARY PUMP TESTING LOOP - PPTL”, which is designed and co-ordinated by BARC.

Project #2:

Installation & Commissioning of the project “NITROGEN CHARGING SYSTEM”, which is used for charging nitrogen gas from 10 Kg/cm into 150 Kg/cm .

Project #3:

Operation and maintenance of ”SOLUTION ANNEALING SYSTEM” which is used for heating up the pipe spools. With this system, pipe spools of different diameters ( 16 mm to 127 mm ) and different shapes ( straight, L- bend and U- bend ) are heated up for stress relief in the pipe.

Project #4:

Design, Installation & Commissioning of “SPECIAL VENTILATION SYSTEM” Consisting of Interlocks for Blowers and Installation of VFD’s for blower speed variation and thereby adjustment of flow in blowers.

Project #5:

Design, Installation & Commissioning of “2000 Amps ACB” for LT Switchgear power system consisting of Interlocks for DG’s with main power supply.

Areas of exposure include:

a)Erection and commissioning of field Instruments including Gauges, Sensors and Transmitters.

b)Termination of junction boxes.

c)Termination of all kinds of Instruments.

d)Loop checking (Hot & Cold) & Pre- Commissioning of Instruments.

e)Insulation Resistance Testing (Meggering) and Continuity checking of instruments, power & control cables.

f)Cable laying & conducting the cable testing.

g)Operation, fault finding, troubleshooting and maintenance of electrical and electronic instruments, Control valves, Solenoid valves, P/I and I/P convertors, Pressure Regulators and Pressure switches.

h)Maintenance of control system and field instruments.

i)Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Programmable Logic controllers (PLC) and SCADA.

j)Capable of reading & understanding P&I Diagrams, control drawings & single line diagrams.

k)Designing & Wiring of control panels, starters etc.

l)Preparation of man hour and time schedule.

m)Ensures the achievement of assigned goals, fulfillment of the project quality requirements and the contractual obligations.

n)Ensure up-to-date documentation of projects that includes instrument list, standard field instrument tagging, spares listing, calibration records and history.

o)Ensure availability of all critical spares and consumables in the area of work and keeping appropriate record of usage and replenishment.

p)Provides technical support to the project group.

q)Plan, co-ordinate and control the development of Instrumentation Engineering for project activities in accordance with the project/client requirements.

r)Calibration of:

Pressure Gauges, Switches and Transmitters.

Temperature Gauges, Switches and Transmitters.

Level Gauges, Switches and Transmitters.

Flow meters and Transmitters.

Electrical Panel Meters ( Voltage, Current, Frequency, Power etc.)
