Project 4: B2B Gateway is an integrated platform in Fannie Mae, which serves as a middleware for exchanging files and data within Fannie Mae and with External Vendors. Project is to re-write the B2B components in Java. Also, to migrate customers from legacy platforms i.e. XML GW & Synchrony to B2B Gateway.

Project 3: Aimed at transforming the interaction with Vendors to retrieve and validate vendor data early on in the underwriting process and to further streamline the business and technology inefficiencies by moving to the cloud. On-boarding new vendors to interact DU system in order to provide Audit reports for the associated loan files.

Project 2: KB Workflow which is an integral component within Desktop Underwriter, was undergoing transformation from C++ to Java retaining the existing system functionality as it is. Worked with the DU Business/ Technology teams/SMEs to analyze the current system functionality, data transformations, document solutions and coordinate with development team to help them understand the requirements.

Project 1: Fannie Mae Desktop Underwriting (DU) process is going under an enhancement and simplification. The data and files stored in file systems are also being replaced with a consolidated database in H-Base. Plan was to replace the existing Document 4.0 service with new version of Document 5.0 service and replacing file storage system with Hadoop database.

SAP had its own set of validations and rules regarding the combination of Account, Cost Center, Internal Order, and Profit Center that could be referenced on each line of the GL document. Ledger postings sent from AX were supposed to conform to SAP’s rules or the documents would fail in the posting process.
