Work done as PROJECT ENGINEER at ENERCON ASIA PACIFIC SYSTEMS PVT.LIMITED,(machineries of surface treaters like corona, atmospheric plasma, flame and inducton cap sealers) in Machine Assembly department from January 2015 – January2017.

Job Responsibilities: Assembly engineer .[2 YEARS]

•Reading and analyzing the assembly drawings.[CATIA V5 software]

•Checking the raw materials by using measuring instruments as per drawings.

•Marking the raw parts of machine as per the drawing for the mechanical process ready to assembly.

•Preparation of work plan schedule to complete the orders as per order data sheet form and planning list.

•Scheduling the assembly and sub-assembly as per planning list and ensure that the machine deliveries are meeting the dispatch plan.

•Take responsibility for the evaluation, introduction and proving of new or existing methods of assembly and assisted in their implementation. Perform complex and advanced assembly of products according to established specifications and instructions.

•Order and stock materials and supplies to avoid materials shortages and Receive, unload, unpack and transfer materials to different work stations.

•Preparation of daily production statement and assembly efficiency calculation.

•Communicating to Works Manager regarding commitment problem, process delays and update status.

Title : Design and Fabrication of GYM POWER GENERATOR.

Team Size : 4 members

Description: Our project main aim was to generate the power by gym equipments that most of the wasted human energy is converted into power with more effective result. We studied cons of traditional methods and designed a new type of machine using CATIA which used in systematic fit. We used pneumatic systems for making the system automated.
