RESUME PROFILE
·I have 17 years of clinical hospital experience as a pharmacist but I’ve worked as a critical care pharmacist for the last seven years at Research Medical Center. I am also a Board-Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist. I round daily on patients in the medical and surgical intensive care units. This includes surgical, neurocritical care patients, trauma patients, ECMO patients and COVID patients.
·I have built strong professional relationships with each group which allows me to bring my knowledge base to the table to make pertinent interventions that improve patient outcomes.
·I use national guidelines to make recommendations for medication management, but I also think outside the box to help build a plan of care that is unique for every patient and individualized to their needs.
