General and Task Management:

Effectively delegate any maintenance issues to be resolved on each shift and small projects to the right skills in the team, planning & managing effective works.

Adhere to daily & weekly checks to ensure smooth operation of site.

Develop a planned Preventive Maintenance schedule.

Ensure routine calibration & maintenance requirements of a variety of plant & Machinery.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Handling to Plant and Machinery department, recruits to mechanical electrical staff, shifting to machinery site to site as per requirements, involvement in repairing maintenance and arrange to spare parts as per site requirement, maintain to servicing records, fuel reports, monthly performance reports, break down reports and handling to central workshop, co- ordination with site Project Managers regarding install to machinery & mechanical staff.

1: Attending Breakdown maintenance of equipment.

2: Distribution of duties to P&M staff.

3: Planning & monitoring inventory level of spare parts & consumables required for machinery.

4.Coordinate with manufactures for annual maintenance contracts.

5: Training the workers & subordinates.

6: In addition to above any other take assigned to your PM/site in charge/superiors from time to time.

7: Handling to workshop and store

Planning of routine maintenance of the all equipment’s.

Nature of Work:

Repairing, maintenance, servicing of Plant & Machinery as like Batching Plant, Transit Mixer, Concrete Pump, Builder hoists, Tower Cranes, Generators etc.

Calculating of total equipment’s availability, maintain to weekly reports, servicing

c) Worked with M/s Skyline Engineering Contracts (I) Pvt Ltd from March 2011 to May 2012 as an Sr. Manager Mechanical.

e) Worked with M/s Coastal Projects Ltd Nehru Place -New Delhi from May 2014 to Jan 2021 as an Sr.Dy Manager Mechanical
