DUTIES & RESPONSBILITY

·Ensures compliance with service standards, according to guidelines established by the organization with the aid of operational checklists.

·Ensure availability, proper handling, strong and effective control of all service equipment & accessories in order to achieve smooth operation.

·Ensure about the proper menu and discus with chef if any changes is required.

·Ensure overall cleanliness and maintenance including furniture and fixtures within the outlet.

· Routine wise checkup for cleanliness and hygiene for staff and working area.

·Responsible for duty schedules and effective manpower planning for the outlet.

·Responsible for all mis-en-place and mis-en-scene for the outlet.

·Responsible for creating and collecting accurate bills and amounts for all service done.

·Conduct daily briefing before and after the operations.

·Oversees optimal utilization of seating capacity & upselling techniques for constant

improvement of Outlet APC.

·Ensure a professional work environment and that accurate up-to-date records are

maintained (e.g. Log Book, Reservation Details, Guest history, Notice Board. etc.)

·Ensure that outlet employees adhere to an organization policies and standards.

·Ensure discipline and adherence to the company code of conduct amongst team members.

·Constantly coaches and provides training to outlet staff on product knowledge,

presentation, service, upselling, grooming, and other aspects of service.
