Process and analyze denied EOBs for all payers in order to identify irregularities, take corrective actions, and reprocess claims, finalize claims for reimbursement.

Knowledge of the Next Gen billing system and E.H.R system, identify trends of denied claims and provide data to the management team.

Perform daily account activities, work and manage reports ranging 60-180 days on the A/R and other system reports. Demonstrates effective problem-solving skills.
