1. Be it known that number 184121 Cpl. Janak Lal Thokar, son of Mr. Purna

Bahadur Tamang, a resident of Bara, Sapahi -1, having earnestly served in the Nepalese

Army (No 3 Rajdal Battalion) from 31st May 2002, has resigned on gratuity on 31st

March 2014. During his service period, Mr. Thokar has demonstrated a highest degree

of professional ability and commendable work ethics, and maintained a clean record

throughout his career. His date of birth, according to army record is 27th Dec. 1982.

2. His academic qualification and army courses are as stated below:
