I created ECN, ECO, and REQ. for group to follow up and support our engineering department. Converted equipment drawings into 2D for fabrication and assembly at our FM-529 shop.

Duties include but not limited to: Design of Skids with ARIEL COMPRESSORS JGC, JGD and other brands. Waukesha and Caterpillar engines were used on the skids. Skids consisted of 2,3,4, and 5 Stage units on for high pressure compressed gas systems. I performed CODEWARE calculations to size Suction, Discharge Bottles. Scrubbers were sized and calculated on CODEWARE as well. I also created and/or modify P&ID’s for my projects. Our design functions were all performed on CADWORKS PIPE, ISOGEN SPOOLS FOR FABRICATION, CADWORKS-P&ID, & AUTOCAD. I performed complete layout of all piping configurations to accommodate compressor frame to exchanger and general piping with valves with all equipment for functionality. And completed 3D models and drawings with details of inner equipment of vessels with all detailed views for clarity and general assemblies for our fabrication shop. Piping Isometrics were done on Cadworx-Isogen for our fabrication shop
