● Conducted comprehensive clinical interviews with Covid-19 patients, ascertaining information relevant to symptom history, gathering all requisite demographic information and identifying potential health related risk factors that may place a patient at higher risk of complications.
● Performed analysis of patient contacts and activity in order to determine source of illness, efficacy of quarantine and continued risk of transmission.
● Facilitated data collection and input into the NYS Communicable Disease Case Management System dedicated to monitoring, tracking and reporting.
