Ensure Service providers adhere to principles of contract signed with Jet Airways. Also ensure they maintain effective control and proper use of all Jet Airways equipment. Monitoring of transport schedules and maintenance provided by the vendors for servicing the aircrafts. Training of staff in HACCP procedures, aircraft galley handling and ramp safety.
Check and certify billings and invoices generated by service providers as correct for payment and as per contract. To do a monthly review of the stations cost and budget spend on rotables, consumables and liquor. Vendor audits as per the quality standards. Ensure that all reports are documented and forwarded to headquarters on time.
Monitoring of standards and par stocks levels and review and manage to ensure optimum efficiency and productivity of operations.
