Planning sequence of works and preparing weekly/monthly schedules based on baseline program of project.

Coordinate with the Consultant, Architectural and M&E staff members to resolve related problems and issues, and advise Project Manager immediately.

Checking technical design and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.

Co-ordinate daily work activities at site and ensure they are carried out as per shop drawings.

Ensuring all works are executed in accordance with approved method of statement, safe work procedure & Quality methods.

Handling the Inspections for the works done, Solving Technical issues at Site and getting approval from QPS.

Preparing Method Statement and reviewing of documents.

Attending daily, weekly & Monthly Progress meetings with client/consultants.

Leading a Group of supervisors and motivating them to target high performance standards and timely completion of schedules.

Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of own activity related to project to enable traceability.

Supporting Quantity surveyors in conducting site measurements and Project claims.

Control and monitor site waste in accordance with the Company’s Site Waste Minimization and Management policy.

Control site operations and carry out safety checks when required to avoid any unexpected delays or accidents.
