Gave orientation to new hires, set up schedules, trainings, and meetings. Performed yearly reviews by staying on budget for raises and merit increases. Execute Fleet Farm benefits programs, EAP, Wellness, and Safety. Open and Close the store on any given day. Train employees and create new and easier ways for employees to perform job. Created communication board in breakroom for company news and motivating tasks.

I started my career as a motorclothes associate, service writer, and later became a full time motorclothes manager. I did a summer internship as Human Resources and then became promoted as full time motorclothes manager. When ownership changed I was promoted to all ordering, warranties, and inventory control. I left Harbortown to work at Fleet Farm as an assistant manager. During that time I also became employed at another Harley Dealership and worked PT as their HRM. I conducted interviews and reviews, created job descriptions and training manuals. I created employee files and updated their I-9 verifications.
