2015 - 2020 AL TURATH ENGINEERING CONSULTANTS - DUBAI Development works at Fruits & Vegetable market

Worked as Project Structural Engineer for enabling & Main Package works. I was dealing with five different contractors for the Fruits & Vegetable market for Dubai Municipality (AED 450 million). Coordinating between design team and site team for all engineering discipline for the construction of 300m long & 55 m wide market concrete building (Basement + G +1+ R) including steel space frame, Five warehouses (Steel structures), Utility building, Pump Room, Toilet blocks, 5km long precast boundary wall and Road works.

Re design of 36 storey Commercial building in Abu Dhabi. Structure was supported by piled 2000mm thick Raft foundation. Main columns spacing was 20m. For 20.0m span beam, depth of the beam was restricted to 800mm to allow A/C duct to pass under the beam. 3000 wide X 800 deep beam with reinforcement 52T32 at top and bottom was provided to control the deflection. Column was 2000mm in diameter and Core walls was 600mm thick. Grade of concrete used for Column and Core wall were M60. Wind and earthquake analysis was carried out by using ETABS program, and SAFE program was used for analyses & design of floor slab. G + 16 Building & G+ 14 Building
