• Review and understand all relevant project Tender/Contract documents relating to the cost management of allocated projects.

• Prepare and Review BOQ based on Tender/Contract documents.

• Prepare and issue the NSC/NSS Contract Documents to the Employer for Tendering.

• Prepare and issue the Tender Evaluation reports of NSC/NSS Contract documents to the Employer for finalization the Tender packages.

• Prepare and issue the Monthly Cost Report to the Employer.

• Evaluate the Contractor's variation claims and prepare the Variation Orders to the Employer for their approval.

• Evaluate the Contractor's Payment application and prepare the Engineer's Payment Certificate for all the Interim and Final payment applications.
