Resumed my role as a top performer in the Mark of Excellence program
and started a Commercial Sales Department. That department quickly became a very profitable and high volume department.
1998 – 2001**FERGUSON DODGE
GENERAL SALES MANAGER
I lead the store from a middle of the pack volume store, that lost money
every month to the number one volume Dodge franchise in the region.
Through my management the dealership became very profitable as well.
1995 – 1998** HUDIBURG CHEVROLET

I hired and trained present and new sales people in the proper line of
steps to greet, present, and sell automobiles. Balanced the new automobile inventory, and raised the profit levels within the department.

I lead the sales team to becoming the first new automobile franchised
dealer to in the state to retail 400 units in a single month, in the South
Central Region of General Motors. I was also inducted into the GM Inner Circle

OWNER OPERATOR DEALER
Purchased a Pontiac GMC Truck Franchise then added Chrysler, Plymouth,
Dodge, and Dodge Truck Franchises to the location.
I became the second youngest person ever approved by General Motors to become a dealer. I took a sleepy operation to the most profitable and largest volume rural dealership in the south Central for both General Motors and within the Chrysler Organizations.
I was also inducted into the General Motors Dealer Masters Program
1972 – 1979**FERGUSON PONTIAC GMC TRUCK
SALES PERSON AND SALES MANAGER
I began as a sales person and became the first Pontiac Salesperson in
Oklahoma to be inducted into the Master Sales Guild of General Motors.
This was the top performers in the nation at that time. After eighteen months I was promoted to sales manager. I led the sales team from an eighty unit store to over two hundred units (new and used units) a month dealership in less than a year.
