Oversaw a team of 4 developers, 3 IT Architects, and 1 product manager

to integrate the new 20-million-dollar Medispan Module iCloud software within our Enterprise-wide software. We were working with 2 outside Software development companies to integrate the Medispan Module system into our company's software.

Procured customer service-based vendors for our Peak Season volume. This project included building out the RFI and the RFP requirements. The enterprise knew what we didn't want in a Customer Service Vendor but wanted to vet out all candidates to ensure we found the right vendors.

Built out a fully functional logistics department for the entire Enterprise. This department tracked and monitored all outgoing packages Initiated all Enterprise reships and aided in the escalated rescues of potential late or missed shipped packages. This process helps mitigate over 2.5million in reships due to spoiled or lost medication packages being delivered to patients.

Led two large-scale projects during the Pandemic. 1. Work from Home for all Customer Serviced and all front-end non-license operational employees. 2. (Safely Back to Work) this project scope was to ensure all back-end operational employees (Pharmacy Fulfillment, Inventory, Packing and Shipping, and warehouse) would be able to return to a safe workplace under all CDC guidelines

Collaborated with 3 developers to implement APIs that enabled analytics to increase reporting speed by 60% for our Workforce Management department that keeps track of all front-end, operational employees.

Collaborated and managed overseas developers to implement the tracker and report system used by our Workforce Management department for all 3000 + frontend users.
