SymbioSys Solutions Inc. - Systems Developer 2011 – Present:

I currently support, maintain and develop in MicroFocus Cobol and Oracle 12g on NH

Unemployment Claims System (NHUIS). I provide evening support for any batch problems. I also provide Oracle/Sql queries as requested by users.

I developed interface, extracting eligible claimants with Cobol programs for Treasury Offset Program, referring claimants that have committed fraud to US Treasury for offsetting of those debts from their Federal Tax Returns.

I developed 2 interfaces for Investicase project, using Cobol programs to cross match claimants with (New Hire databases, as well as State Wage database), then providing information to Benefit Payment Control group to help track claimants committing fraud.

I created crystal reports for users of this system.

I developed interfaces for Collecticase project, next step after Investicase, using Cobol programs to help track the collections process for Legal Unit as they work with claimants to repay their debt, either through payment plans or wage garnishment.

I created crystal reports for users of this system.

For Investicase and Collecticase: Wrote and maintain Oracle Tables, Packages, Stored procs, views, triggers, etc.

Currently supporting Crystal Reporting through SAP Console.

State of New Hampshire - Systems Development Specialist 2008-2011:

Support and development on NHworks Jobmatch system (Sql Server 2005)- Assisted with conversion from older PowerBuilder system to current Web-based system.

Support and development on NH Unemployment Claims System (NHUIS) (Oracle) 11g.

Lead programmer for extracting all claimant data from older NHUS mainframe system to PDF files for imaging system.
