processing facility. The plant processed liquid mozzarella and cheddar
whey into whey protein concentrate and lactose powders. The plant
utilized a series of several ultra-filtration and reverse osmosis
concentrators, a variety of evaporators and dryers, inline bag filling
and packaging equipment and state of art palletizing equipment.
Responsible for maintaining plants HACCP and sanitation programs. As a
plant supervisor I was also responsible for developing personnel as
well as plant standard operating procedures. Responsibilities included
warehousing of finished product, managing warehouse space, maintaining
sufficient inventory levels for effective shipping and maintaining a
clean warehouse. I was appointed Quality Circle team leader. Our team
won the Presidents Award, which distinguished teams who made
significant plant improvements.

plant processed fresh milk, ultra pasteurized non dairy and dairy

and packaging guidelines. I became the Yoplait product line manager
where my responsibilities also including ordering, purchasing,
warehouse management of raw goods and shipping of finished goods.

bottling of fresh milk, fruit juices, fruit drinks, and a variety of
bottled water products. The plant also bottled cultured products and

equipment sanitation within a 4 hour turnaround window. We utilized
Federal fillers and produced our own jugs using Johnson blow mold
equipment. I was responsible nightly pre-load, loading and shipping of
finished goods.
