●Doing reservations in Amadeus Software.

●Correspondence with offices located at other locations through Sita Telex System.

●Arrival Handling.

●Meeting the flight and Boarding the passengers

●Providing needful assistance to the passengers

●Crew Clearance

●Handling of revenue documents like MCO, EBT etc

●Collection of excess baggage Charges

●Coordinating with passengers in transit

●Making of baggage mishandled reports

●Settling of damaged baggage cases

●Handling of passenger queries

●Co-Ordination with various government agencies at airport
