REPONSIBILITIES: Hospital Acute setting for all services. Patient Assessment of health and wellness,

Assessment of treatment site for thrill and Bruit. Universal sanitation of treatment site. Cannulation of the

patient's arm, Bleeding the patient slowly onto the machine to their prescribed flow rate, Render the treatment

and monitor the patient throughout the treatment and complete all safety checks. After treatment completion,

slowly return the blood to the patient. Post treatment monitoring patient for stable vitals, obtaining post weight

and temperature. Continual charting of patient status. Prior to release of patient, educate patient on proper diet

and fluid intake, Use of portable Reverse Osmosis machines are utilized on all patients. Sanitization and

troubleshooting of all machines.
