I worked with the leading scientist on a specific evolutionary genetics project to evaluate the evolution of sex ratio in spiders, which helps in detailed understanding of evolution of the rest of the organisms and the process of natural selection.
The purpose of research in this lab is to elucidate the forces that shape and organize gene pools at different levels of the biological hierarchy. I developed skills such as working with primary tissues, including preparing, fixing and staining the tissues.
