This job was very intense. I had to document the accident from the insured, contacted all parties, pull and verify coverage, inform state and file paperwork if accident acquired hazards, process paperwork, send documents, contact underwriting on situation as well as company owner and then prepare documents for legal/ subro division. They usually hire internally, however, due to a massive company walk-out during pandemic they hired outside the company. I was let go with severance pay due to CEO change and company was trying another method.
