Electrical Project Site Management:

Jobs Responsibility:

Review & Understanding for Electrical equipment installations works, Schematic Diagrams, Logic Diagrams, Cable Schedules and Cable Drum Schedules, Interconnection Schedules, Cable Routing and Layout Drawings, Cable Trench/Tray Layout Drawings, Installation Standards.

Preparation of Purchase Requisitions for the procurement of equipment and materials for site related works.

Works consistently high standards under all conditions.

Interface and regularly meet with client and vendor representatives, Coordinate with projects and planning departments on schedule related issues.

Preparation of As-Built drawings for as per site condition.

Leading an E&I team for Installation, Erection, Construction and commissioning, maintenance works

Responsibility of continued constructions & maintenance and repair of all Electrical equipments and monitoring of such equipment in safe and effective manner.

Ensuring the site activities are in compliance with client and company HSE procedures.

Ensuring project execution is in compliance with the procedures, codes and standards.

Preparing electrical related documents like Work method statement and RAM for materials.

Ensure that the equipment installation procedure, quality of workmanship are within the specification

Planning and executing the various activities like electrical cable tray installation, Cable laying, glanding, testing and termination.

Installation & testing of complete plant Earthing such as driving the earth rod, installation of earth cables, connection of earth cable with Process equipments, Electrical Equipment, Structures, Pipe lines, Junction Box, Panels.

Ensuring the site activities are in compliance with client and company HSE procedures.

Monitoring all field-testing activities as per project specifications.

Having excellent communication and analytical skills.

Coordination with Vendor in commissioning activities.

Cathodic Protection:

Review & Understanding for Cathodic Protection works, Schematic Diagrams and Layout Drawings, Installation Standards.

Leading CP team for commissioning, maintenance works.

Monitoring all field-testing activities as per project specifications.

Coordination with Vendor in Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning activities.

Temporary and Permanent Cathodic Protection for Vessel, Tanks, Plant piping.

Testing & Commissioning:

Testing & commissioning of Electrical equipments 415V to 11KV system and related controls / protective system and protection relays.

Testing & commissioning of Transformer, Motors and other related equipment’s in both LT & HT systems.

Testing & commissioning of Battery systems.

Overall Scheme checks - transformer differential, REF & Stability.
